This weekend I visited the SFN Expo in Glasgow, a place where thousands of health and fitness enthusiasts gather together to share their love of peanut butter and all things fitness. There was also such a range of amazing speakers hosted on three different stages; the sisterhood stage, the education stage and the main stage.
